NMMI-IPA is always looking to connect with dynamic teachers who are committed to academic excellence at the middle school level and excited about the opportunities of our start-up environment. The IPA is a new school founded in 2023 and we are growing rapidly. Our faculty doubled in size this year, and we expect to see it nearly double again by the time we reach target enrollment.
Our ideal candidates combine passion for their subjects with pedagogical skill and an appreciation for the middle school mind. A teaching license is not required. Our teachers enjoy salaries and benefits that are competitive with public schools in a workplace that values and rewards curiosity and creativity. Class sizes are typically capped at fourteen students.
Over the next few years, we anticipate multiple positions in Math, Science, English, History, Latin, Physical Education, and Visual Arts. NMMI-IPA is not a public school. We are a project of NMMI, a state-sponsored educational institution, and we serve the diverse families and students of Roswell.
