The HOSA-NMMI Chapter celebrated a stellar performance in the 2025 Regional Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) Competitive Events held from January 6-17. Demonstrating academic excellence and commitment to healthcare leadership, several cadets earned top 10 rankings across various categories, showcasing their preparation and skill.

As a result of their outstanding performance, NMMI cadets have qualified to compete in the NM HOSA State Leadership Competitive Events, scheduled for April 3-5, 2025, at the Marriott Hotel in Albuquerque. Success at the state level will open the door to the International Leadership Competitive Events in Nashville, TN, from June 18-21, 2025.
Participation in HOSA provides cadets with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, expand their knowledge in healthcare fields, and compete at a high level. Their achievements are a testament to the dedication of both the students and the faculty supporting them.
